Our youth fitness class is for kids who want to get in shape, gain more confidence and learn a work ethic that will stay with them for the rest of their life. We focus on stability, balance, core strength, agility and conditioning which hits all aspects of what being athletic is all about. This class has an athletic training component that will give young athletes an advantage while competing on the court or on the field of play.
The benefits of this class, are self confidence, more energy to focus in the class room. Youth will learn to how be motivated to achieve goals, learn responsibility and self pride, that they will need as grow and mature and go out into the world. They’ll make new friends and learn more social skills, and what teamwork and motivating others is all about.
And the most important thing kids will takeaway from this class and how to Get Better Everyday!!!
