About Ellis.

Growing up, I watched my parents and older siblings play sports with great passion and dedication.  At that point, I had so much admiration and wanted to follow in their footsteps. They taught me that dedication and hard work pays off in anything you want to excel in.  I used that work ethic as an inspiration from my family and applied it to my life and to my athletic career.  My intent is to pass that same work ethic, dedication and passion to my clients and the young athletes that I interact with.  I train every client with the same drive and motivation that has inspired me to become the good athlete I am today.  I want them to obtain that skillset so that they can perform at the highest level on the field of play. I believe everyone should be trained like a pro athlete, and my goal is to help them achieve their goals.
