Captain of the Westhill High School Girls Basketball team, Elizabeth Grosso does everything she can to perform at her highest level. Playing and succeeding in both Basketball and Volleyball, Elizabeth is at her core, an athlete, rarely ever taking a day off in between seasons.
“I’m always trying to stay in shape and get better for the next season,” Elizabeth will tell you, “ whether its Peace, volleyball, or basketball, I don’t want to leave anything on the court.”
A fierce competitor, Elizabeth credits her success on the court to her hard work, perseverance, and positive attitude, attributes that All American Athletes seeks to embrace.
“Here at All American, we want to harness that attitude and perfect it,” trainer and co-founder Ellis Crawford said, “we focus on conditioning and well roundedness so that our athletes are as prepared as possible for their upcoming seasons.”
Elizabeth trains at All American during the offseason, often waking up as early as 5:45am to participate in the morning boot camp class.
“I don’t mind waking up that early,” she said, “its actually a great way to get up and start the day.”
As Ellis will tell you, the workouts are challenging, but appropriate for someone as athletic as Elizabeth, and are customized to all who come into the gym- athlete or not. Ask any one of All American’s clients, and they’ll tell you that while the workouts are fantastic; the best part is the trainers.
“I actually look forward to going there every day,” Elizabeth closed, “and that’s all Reggie and Ellis. Not only are they excellent trainers, but they make the whole experience incredibly fun.”
